Pope Leon XIV calls for the release of hostages after the massacre perpetrated in Kenscoff, Haiti

This Sunday, August 30, after praying the Marian prayer of the Angelus, Pope Leon XIV expressed his closeness to the people of Haiti after the serious massacre perpetrated in Kenscoff, in the hills near Port-au-Prince. The Pontiff assured his prayers for the victims and their families and called for “the immediate release of all hostages.”
